Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping:

We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for our customers. To ensure efficient delivery, we primarily use PostNord as our shipping partner.

Damages or losses during shipping:

We do our best to ensure that your products are packed and shipped carefully to minimize the risk of damage or loss during shipping. However, accidents can sometimes occur. In the event of any damages or losses during shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you in resolving the issue.

However, we would like to point out that we cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses that occur during shipping. Any claims or compensations related to damages or losses during shipping should be primarily directed to PostNord, our shipping partner.

Delivery times and tracking:

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as destination, demand, and high-volume periods. To help you keep track of your delivery, we offer tracking of your package so that you can follow it throughout the delivery process.

Return:

We conduct a thorough inspection of all products prior to delivery to ensure their quality. In the event of any damage to the packaging or product upon delivery, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the issue free of charge. It is imperative that you contact us for approval before returning a defective item, and provide us with your name, address, email address, and a detailed description of the issue.

Should we be unable to rectify the issue or replace the product, we will, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, refund you for the defective product. Return shipping costs for approved claims will be covered by us. However, it is important to note that we reserve the right to deny a claim if the item is not deemed faulty under applicable consumer protection legislation.

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. We only accept returns if the packaging is unopened. Products that have been sealed for hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken unfortunately cannot be returned. You must inform us of your withdrawal and provide us with your name, address and email address. Please note that the products must be returned within 14 days after the withdrawal notification. You are responsible for the shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return, which should be well-packaged and in their original packaging. Additionally, please be aware that return shipping costs of 79 SEK will be at the buyer/customers expense.
